This olive oil, produced in very limited quantities, comes from olives selected and picked before maturity. It contains a high amount of oleocanthal, this natural polyphenol that maximizes health benefits. In the past, in northern countries, olive oil was bought in pharmacies and was used sparingly, like medicine.
